Has anyone purchased Monarch serenity?
Q: I would like to know if anyone booked Monarch Serenity project in Thanisandra. This project location and plan looks good and I am thinking of booking. But the developer does not have any prior project of this size and looking for feedback from others.

There is a group in ApartmentAdda for the owners of Monarch Serenity. You can join there to discuss more on this project.
I had requested a login on Monarch Serenity adda. However, the access is still pending. I have almost finalized on an apartment here.
