Hi - I think from last one year, builder is telling that he will get CC for above 5th floor for A Wing next month, but the same is stuck. I think all people who has booked flat here for occupation are facing same problem of double burden rent and EMI. Guys who have booked flat in B wing has paid him 94% of money almost a year back. I think we all should get together and put pressure on builder otherwise it looks like that there is not end to this.
