Thanks Dev and Rajkumar I am planning to book a 2 BHK flat in SMR Endeavour. And builder is promising 18 months for delivery. But I am also doubtful on them based on their SMR Vinay Galaxy feedback. Does anyone knows that Landowners share is also available for buying or only builders share. As I am not getting my choice flat from Builders share.
