Hi Kondalu, Have u bought the plot in Glen Morgan?? I have got some very attractive prices last week - Rs.1200psf for a North facing (60 x80) plot. Couldnt resist, so went and had a look, but left with disappointment. While the property looked little impressive, but the inside stories are really scary. Most of the plot owners dont have legal registration done, and many ownership have already changed 2 to 3 hands. So people are willing to sell any price you wanted. Most banks are not funding the property, except few. Worst is being a gated community, they have not kept the provision for the STP(Sewerage Treatment Plant) without which in bangalore no gated community can exist.
