Need suggestion about Vetri Nagar.
Q: Hi, we are planning to buy a plot in Vetri Nagar (Either in phase I/II) at Pallikaranai area. But, I heard that there is a problem going on related to Marshland (Wet land) located just next to Vetri Nagar. Is that true? have any one bought the plot recently? any suggestion is appreciated please.Since it's a reserved forest (Marshland), am not sure where to confirm the details. Please suggest me if any one knows the exact reason or the problem of why no one has started the construction...I hope the input would help for those who are planning to buy the plot around the area...

Hi, There is no problem in that area. If the documents are clear then you can proceed. It is a very good place. very near to main road and railway station. I have checked in all aspects and purchased recently. Birda Sanctuary is far away from Vetri nagar. I have discussed with Forest officials too.
