Latest Answer: Guys, Please do not take flat on rent in Alpine eco society (outer ring road near Marathalli). There are two kinds of flat in this society: (1) Builder’s Flat and (2) Owner’s flat. Builder’s flats are having so many issues. They will take rent including maintenance and all. But you will not be allowed to use club house facilities. Because there is a long dispute going on between Association and Builder in which tenants are suffering . Builder has the habit of not paying maintenance to association, even if you will pay rent on timely basis. So, association will not allow you to access club house facility. We are facing similar issues since last two months. And now we are leaving this society/flat. I got to know that more than 120 flats are facing same issue since past 6 months. Please don’t believe on their fake promises, because at the you will suffer. Janhit me Jaari!!!
