Q: 1PRICE ( Total cost) with details 2 Completion of the project(Tentative) 3 You have not given the structural details like bldg. no.2 4 In the lay out plan it is observed that each floor contains 7 flats , then how many floors are there in bldg.no.1 5 In front of it there is commercial complex so the view of lake will be affected???

Latest Answer: The expected possession of the project is by 2013 onwards. It consists of 5 floors in Building 1 and 6 floors in Building 2. 1bhk flat in Lake Vista with 617 sqft will cost you around Rs 19lakhs. Contact the sales office for price details.
