We booked a flat in Ganga Vertica in the month of sept 2011. After booking i have seen very bad reviews about this builder. I am planning to do a legal verification on this property. I am so worried about the review written like BDA approval is not at all there for this project. When bda approval is not there, if i want to sell my property, is it possible to transfer the loan to the buyer or not.Can anybody suggest me wheather i can proceed with the agreement or not.
I have never seen any good review about this project.
