Narendra, you are absolutely correct, these agents are telling me also from last 6 months that the project is approved and starting disbursement in next 2-3 day and Shrikant is the guy who is master in fooling customers and making drama by telling different reasons every time. Registration process nothing to do with NA or anything, If u are agree to buy without NA and aggreement is signed then it is only registration of said agreement.
One should not assume that registration is done means everything is OK.
