I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

s i paid only 10k. i cancelled & got the 75days post dated check for 9.8k. iam not sure weather check will pas through after 75days.
