Flat inspection and Insurance
Q: Hi , 1) I recently got the possession of my flat at Derabassi, Chandigarh, I wish to know the information about flat inspection in terms of Electrical, Plumbing, Structural defect and workmanship and missing items to fix under builder warranty. 2) Also looking for home insurance to cover major problems like Fire, Earth quick and possible storm, valuable items. Please help and share the experiences.
