Issues with the Sewage treatment plant
Q: Have got to know of issues with the Sewage treatment plant, and the foul smell. Is this a permanent issue? If yes, could you please advise of the potential impact on prices.

I had visited recently, and got to experience it myself. Also have been informed a friend, and some of the residents.
