When will palm groove heights be ready?
Q: I have a flat booked in A2. When will palm groove heights be ready? each year, from 2007, I hear it will be ready by next year march.. then in mar, I hear it will be ready next march. I bought this flat with the hope of having a house of my own, took a loan beyond my means, and expected the value to appreciate ! Ardee does not even bother to take ownership and finish the construction Rahul Khanna

Hi Rahul We acknowledge your concerns but if you see the progress in last one year, It is moving now but not at desirable pace, We have have formed this association as ground for all residents who have booked a flat in this project to come together and voice their concerns,Today we as association are voicing your concerns which were not reaching the right authorities I will request all individuals who have booked their dream house in this project to be present on 14th April at Ardee Site where we can discuss our approach and actions
We have also booked a flat in Palm Grove Heights. Kindly let us know at what time is the meeting of the association on 14th April.
