Wanted rules aganist section c.p.c 27.
Q: We have problem in bank for payment of deposit. The deposit-holder file case in district froum against bank. The bank chariman is in j.c for 270 days now liqidator is in force in bank by A.R office. So how can we come out of this all matter. They file application under section c.p.c27.
