Quality of work is very bad, do not trust this sales guy. They never kept promise for deliverable on time, I went to sls sunflower to cross check, all the appartment people are complaining about the quality of work, specially Prabhar who thinks himself as super builder, he works hapazzardly. There are lot of problems such as water leaker, no pvc pipes, water scaricty, no amenities till now as promised. Builder never listen to customer ,My friend booked SLS on the trap of sales guy Mr Ramesh..But he did not get the flat in time. He got the flat after 6 months. But still he is struggling with Builder to complete the amenities. Moral of the story: Before booking appartment visit sls sunflower..
