Q: Are there any legal issues with the DLF Westend Heights New Town BTM Extension B and C blocks ?

I am planning to buy a resale flat in B or C block; when i approach SBI regarding the home loans, SBI has clearly mentioned homes loans for this project will be approve only for A and D blocks.
