Does Jacaranda Block have all legal approvals??
Q: Looking for people who have bought an apartment in Jacaranda block. Does Jacaranda have all legal approvals? Citibank lawyers have not cleared Jacaranda - I went for a loan to Citibank and their lawyers have not come back with an approval after 1.5 months. I understand HDFC, Axis Bank etc have approved this block. If anyone has up-to-date information, can you please post? Thanks!

Thanks everyone for your replies. Yes, I understand HDFC, ICICI and other banks have approved. Bhargav, the lawyers did not inform me of any specific legal issue, but Citibank took so much time with such poor communication that I finally gave up on them.Thanks everyone for your replies.
