Hey Ranbir, that's a great idea. One of my friends has purchased a flat there. The project is offering 2bhk and 3bhk apartments. The location and design plan are excellent. Recently I came to know about the road that goes to Vibgyor school from Main road is NOT PUBLIC. One person is claiming the road to be his. is it right? because i can see the road is still a mud road whereas its neighborhood roads got tarred.

Ranbir, how can a person own a road in public places? It is a road connecting to school, then may be it belongs to the school or else that is public road only. You can enquire about this with the concerned authority or a nearby real estate agent as they will be aware of such things. Samhita group has a good name so I think the builder will not entertain such issues related to his project.
