Latest Answer: Panacea builders are cheat .I am staying here from past 8 month.They promised many amenities but till now they have not given childrens play area.Gym has 1 treadmill which is broken.1 Cross trainer which is not working and 1 cycle which is working and just dumbles.Finishing is very poor and tiles and paints are coming out.Poor quality of wiring and electrical switches .Now a days even we are seeing cracks on wall.Beware from this builder.Builder is Dr. Nagendra and he never keep same name of his project as earlier he constructed The Greens in marathalli and that too he left in unfinished state .He will say he will aply for OC but till now he has not given even parking.We are planning to take legal action on builder.Stay away.stay away
