Classic was launched in 2007. Trying to get the BBMP approval from last 6 years and i guess got it in may 2012. They sold the project with 9 floors, but BBMP only approved 7, still they sold it to people..I started talking to them around nov-2011 that time they said possession will be in Jan 2014, i was able to neg 1420sq. ft with ~49.5 Incl all money (registry, all tax, maintenance, etc) but later backed out after doing much research in feb 2012. Its Sept now, Construction is not yet started..I don't know when they are planning to complete it.Classic was launched in 2007. Pls remember you are the customer and you have the money, U are the God for builders, don't let them do whatever they want. There are thousands of project going, select a decent project, get the papers verified with a good lawyer and then only invest.Pls remember you are the customer and you have the money, U are the God for builders, don't let them do whatever they want.
