Dear Sir, I want to purchase a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in Ghaziabad.
Q: I want to purchase a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in Ghaziabad and location are NH-58, NH-24 and Rajnagar Extension, but I am confused about locations. I am buying an apartment for investment purpose so if I sell that after 5 or 6 years I could get good benefit. So can you suggest me good location in above 3 location in Ghaziabad for investment purpose and I also want to know good builders who provide good quality as well as reliable price.

Latest Answer: Hello Rahul, I feel NH-24 will be a good choice for investment purpose, NH 24 is a highway and real estate along highways has always been a good place to invest. And this highway is particularly good as the portion in Ghaziabad is witnessing some very good residential development. Wave City Centre will surely affect the Ghaziabad realty market.
