Possession date.
Q: 2BHK 2 Flats of 839 Square Feet each booked in building No. 6 in July 2009 and paid 20% of the due amount and till date no payment calls received neither any update given. Could you kindly update me when the development will commence and tentative completion date?

Latest Answer: As you all are aware that all the under construction projects are delayed due to the policies of the Government. Why not looking the facts and only blaming one or two projects. The construction work already started of Orchid Ozone, Dahisar Check Naka. The builder is taking the work of one building at a time. After some construction work he starts the work of another building to make every buyer happy. Please don't spread the rumors before investigating yourself as it will disappoint every purchaser.
