Can't apartment owners use Lift for their house shifting?
Q: If in society meeting it has been decided not to use lift for shifting homes which looks to be very generic as there's no specification for home items. Top floor guys cannot use only stairs to shift small stuff like luggage and utensils or any lighter luggage. Heavy and volumetric stuff can't of course be shifted by lift. There must be some regulation to this rule if any society member agreed on the basis of majority but not in interest of everybody. Is there any suggestion?

Thanks to all for valuable comments. But this looks to be issue with everywhere. Some solution must be there as new member in society is like new family member and on first day association should give some guidelines or help so as to make him contained in the new community.Thanks to all for valuable comments.
