Is the project at Ravet worth investing?

Q: I came to know the land is not having clear title, NA is not yet done. Can you please let us know how long you take to get it done? Let me know how many Banks approve loan for this property.

Hello, for bank loans you can contact the nearest banks... I guess many leading banks are providing.
Yes but project must be approved by banks. First it should be NA

Hello, I heard that they have already launched the current project and the sample flats are ready. Did you talk with the builder about the NA?
Yes I did contact them, NA is not yet done. But they are claiming it would be done within few day.. I fill some issue with that.
