Hello All, The builder is quoting Rs.1600 now for a resale east / north facing site. Please advise if its worth investing and waiting for next 5 years to see the appreciation of the project,also let me know if this layout has easier connectivity to 6 lane highway or 50 feet road in kanakapura road.
