Shouldn't Gardenia Grace have a fancy entry and exit gate? simple ones that are developed right now plunge the overall value of the apartments.
Q: I have seen the entry and exit gates for may apartment, which if built to the standard of the apartment, raises overall value of the same.

Q: Hi, I gather that Gardenia folks are not providing the shower panel and shower cabinets despite initial commitment. Please let us know if you have the same information.

Latest Answer: Is gardenia Grace providing RO system? I know for sure they have declined to provide the shower panel and shower cabinet as confirmed by them only.
