Service Tax & VAT from Builder (PATEL)
Q: Hi, Today I have received a letter from builder about Service Tax and VAT collection. Bit surprised as none of my other friends who have purchased a flat in different apartment has paid this. Do there is any such Govt tax or levi exists.

Hi Manish, Even I received the same notification. But I have heard that SMONDO VILLE people requested them and they are paying it at the time of possession. The builder has agreed for that. Could you please tell me what you did about it ?
