Is it worth buying flat in Orchid Springs?
Q: Hi, This is Ramesh. I just went to the Orchid springs site today. I was quite impressed with location and proximity to Annanagar. Also saw the G.O. and looks like they are awaiting CMDA approval. Is it worth taking the risk of buying at Rs.3400/ sq ft?

Prices will rise and location is pretty good. I would suggest you to have all docs to be verified by a lawyer and if everything is fine my advice is to go ahead and buy...now price is Rs 4900 incl a/c and modular kitchen..good luck.Prices will rise and location is pretty good. Planning to buy a flat in Alliance Orchid Springs. Is it worth buying?
Q: I am planning to buy a flat in Alliance Orchid Springs. Is their any issue with the project? Most of the posts are related to cancellation of booked ones. May I know the reason?

I have booked in Pine block in 2008.Well there had been problems but now i guess thay are constructing and hopefully will finish and handover. Prices will rise and location is pretty good. Current Status of the project.
Q: Hello.. I just want to know the current situation of this project. Is it still under any problem or have they started out their issues. Have the obtained the CMDA approval. I like the project but i have seen so many comments which do not favour buying an apartment here. Owners please enlighten me with the current situation and updates to enable me to decide.
