Dont know Adesh.. I am a buyer like you. Saw reviews on the net that the builder has used cheap materials to offset the rise in material cost. Also some people have got a letter from Rustomjee directing them to pay more as there is increase in the cost of materials. So wanted to know the feedback from people who have got possession. (Apparently J avenue some people have got possession). So that we can know how we can all work with the builder together to make sure that the promises are kept. Dont know Adesh..
