Hi, When I enquired with the builder, they said they *may* try to get a OC document. Though they claim that there are no deviations from the approved plan and A-Katha being available for land under construction, I was left wondering on why they could not commit to getting OC and A-Katha for individual apartments. They said they had never obtained OC for any of their previous projects. From my sources, OC is must for A-Katha to be issued for individual apartment. Without OC, A-Katha, resale of Aptmt will get very difficult as Banks ask for them to process loans. They gave a strange reason that buyers do not want to wait till BBMP completes the inspection for OC. Once the buyers take possession, Will BBMP not issue OC ?.
