Q: Hello, I have looking to buy a apartment in Mukund Vivek, please could you help me out on some general information, 1. Power back-up for apartment or common area 2. i got to know the monthly mntc as 1850, please confirm 3. Is there Cavuery water supply to the apartment or any plans ? any water problems 4. i got to know the society is yet to be formed, please let me know if any progress happening on this side, Builder support so far on daily issues 5. please let me know if any arbitrations or litigation pending with respect to the apartments, if aware? paper work etc... 6. indicative rates for 2BHK mand 3 BHK. if any body has bought or sold recently?
