What is procedure to transfer flat in NEW PANVEL to widow spouse where original owner is her husband no more?

Latest Answer: there is no will. And there is internal settlement between three children and given NOC to mother to transfer to transfer their share to one of the children. So first step is to get it transferred to mother and then mother can do gift deed to one of children based on NOC of other children. My question is that can this be done directly from fathers name to one of legal heirs if all legal heirs have no objection. If yes then who can help me with documentation and completing the process with CIDCO
