Service tax estimation for 1 year old property.
Q: Planning to buy a flat in Ahmedabad. The property is 1 year old. Please advice what service tax would be charged, 2.58% or 3.09% ??

Hello Harry, Service tax is applicable only for under constructed property and the property you are buying is already one year old. So you need not have to pay service tax for that.
Sir, It means i would have to pay 2.58 % ??
