Is shooting within own flat is an offence in DABC Mithilam?
Q: My TV Media Friends who came to my flat to shoot a cooking programme was not permitted by the Association. Also they were insulted by the Association People saying some reasons regarding security and they are forced to move out of my flat. But they are ready to allow the shooting within MY FLAT if I pay them Rs 4,000. Also they pointed out it as being a nuisance for other residents but the same association is letting Film shootings inside which is again a Nuisance. Is it something illegal to shoot just a cooking show within MY FLAT? Kindly advice

I think association is right in your case as commercial activity within the association building without proper permission is not allowed. Probably u can ask permission or should carry with your shooting without getting notice the later looks difficult as the shooting equipement and too many people moving in and out with create unneccessary hassale for all.I think association is right in your case as commercial activity within the association building without proper permission is not allowed.
