Is Assetz Daintree project under some trouble? The sale team have been pushing the tentative prelaunch date since April 2012. Now they are saying it will be Dec 2013!
Q: I like the overall project (Assetz Daintree) but I have been waiting for 6 months for them to launch. However, I can't keep waiting for too long. I want to decide if this project is really coming or should i take my business somewhere else.

Yes this property has run into major legal trouble. I have been waiting for this project to launch for over 4 months now. The sales team is tight lipped about it. After doing some inquiries, I got to know that this project has run into troubles and they have stopped all activities at the site.
Thanks Sandeep, this is news for me ! I recently spoke with their marketing folks and they said launch is expected by Dec 2013. I highly doubt that will happen if your information is correct. I still remain hopefully since this is the only project i like in the area.
