Q: HDIL had promised to give possession of flats in Residency Park Virar West in August 2011. However till date the company has not given possession

Latest Answer: we have booked a flat with HDIL in 2011 and till date we have not received the possession, on the other hand we are getting calls from this fraud company now that your flat has got pwd notice pay 10lakhs more and take another flat in our complex. Any body in the same boat want to take legal action against the company we can pursue the matter together. 26th march 2015 s.sawant
