Residential Plots near Dholera in Ahmedabad
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a plot near Dholera. I am planning to buy it from Builder. There seems to be two builders Magnanimous and Rivasa. Price different is huge between these two projects (I am not sure location may be the reason for this difference as I have never personally been there). Can some one suggest me about the price rise trend in this area (this is bear to Fedra) and if some one have an idea how long it will take for appreciation and about these two builders.
