Kindly help to decide on Skyline. Thank you.
Q: Hi All, My name is Madhu Kurian and I am a resident of Bangalore. I work with HCL Technologies, Ulsoor Road office. I was planning to buy an apartment from Skyline in their Exaltus project. Before deciding, wanted to check your opinion on the builder. Could you please let me know if you had faced any issues with Skyline during the Ambrosia project. I own an apartment with Puravankara and hence I understand the delays etc, but other than minor delays, did you have any issues with the builders such as not delivering some amenities at all or delays beyond 2 years etc? Thanks.

Hi, I too have booked a flat in Skyline Exaltus. I am not sure about the builder still. Marketing guy is saying they will given the construction to Simplex Infra, however I am very doubtful; so I called Simplex office in B'lore they said they don't have any deal of construction for Skyline. I am worrying about the trust with this builder. How I can believe on the promises that he told in the ad?
