Q: Hello Forum, I am planning to purchase 3 BHK Ground Floor Duplex Villament. I want to know if the quality of construction is good in long term and how about the OC? Builder says he will get OC in 3 months time but any of the residents have any idea? Any other good/ bad feedback if you can share. Or if any resident can share his contact details. Anil

Thanks. Builder says that they are trying their best for Oc and should get in 2-3 months as 80% of apartments have been taken up by residents. The residents of the property also confirmed the same but aany othrr way to figure out if builders claims are correct and not just a trap?Thanks.
