Who is the builder?
Q: It seems this project is being undertaken by the same builder who has done the Legend in Sec 57. Please confirm.

Hi Piush, The Legend is one of the project of The Clarion Group and The Hermitage is one of the ongoing project of Satya Group.
Ok, but I think they are the same group.
