Occupancy Certificate.
Q: About two months ago, Our Flat owners association took the possession when the builder promised us to give us Occupancy certificate. He has not provided it so far. Now, the borewell which he claimed to be 600' turned out to be 300'. He does not want to go for another borewell. Do we have any law on our side?
