Flat booking in Pace Adarsa.
Q: I am going to book a flat in Pace Adarsa. Any one any suggestion about the Builder , Building, Quality and Relaibility.

The apartment cost is around 20% higher/Sq.Feet and is waiting to be sold from May 2011 due to higher price and other reasons. Definitely negotiable. Reasonable price would be around 3200/Sq.
