Possession date of Queeenstown.
Q: Hi Guys,Any idea when possesion is planned for Queeenstown? I am waiting for last 1.5yrs and still no signs of completion. It is getting delayed definitely. I was told by the builder, project is completed, but some govt certificates not received yet. Have anyone seen the project recently. I stay in Bangalore.

Hi, I am a 'resident' of Gulmohal QueensTown. Possession is already given to around 15 or more people. First two blocks are completed but last block (skylon) is yet to be installed lifts. Yet, possessions are given in all three buildings, for Skylon, upto 5 the floor. Which flat do you own ?Hi, I am a 'resident' of Gulmohal QueensTown. pros : good construction quality ( not best ) Location : good Cons : amenities ( no swiming pool, small children play area )
