Hi Jayanth, The appreciation can be expected very much, this project is nearing the Airport and the Highway, the one point is the NH207 is also the highway which adjacent to the Brigade Orchards, and many more projects are also coming. example Aeros SEZ , Financial city, Turf club this are all very to this project....
