Not sure whether anyone has same feeling as I have different experience with Mantri serenity team Kanakapura road apartments. serenity team is very arrogant and a touch of Rudeness in their discussions, as though they are doing a favor in giving details. their attitude is take it if you want, this is want we can give as brand weight can sell all the apartments. every 5 mins once they say if you are not interested ....

Hi, I had a different experience with the marketing people at Mantri. It was pleasent and worked for the best. Got all the required information from the team and have now booked an apartment. Plan, Quality of construction. Promised vs provided features & ameneties, maintenance, cost, timely completion, customer service etc.

There are no legal issues with Mantri Serenity. We have checked all documentation and the previous legal battle between ISKCON Bangalore and ISKCON Mumbai has been resolved in favor of Bangalore after which the construction of Mantri Serenity is going on in full swing. Also, it is an SBI approved project, and SBI does not approve projects with legal issues.There are no legal issues with Mantri Serenity. The property is located at a very prime location. Metro Cash and Carry, DPS South, metro station are all within walking distance from the property.
