I too purchased a flat here and it appears that these guys postpone the completion date by 6 months every month. One of these days when I visited the site one of the guards there said that there is no firm end date. It could be as late as 2015. I was shocked and when I started questioning him, he immediately back tracked and told me I should check with the office. I think we should think about some joint legal action to put pressure.
