Hi Ashok & Mukund, Ashok, I didn't find yr no. where is your tel no ? I am Raghavendran and own Plot no 5. My mobile is 9972304488. I visited the site today and was shocked to find that the entire project land is re occupied by the previous owner Kishore Gowda. I am in touch with Kumar tel 9845154455. So we are now 4 of us. Where is the office of Surya Shine NOW?
Q: I have purchased a farm land in Surya Grand. The entire project land is NOW occupied by the previous owner Kishore Gowda. I believe there is some dispute between Gowda and Surya on payments. I tried to reach Surya Grand but their office is NOT there in the address given in their letter head. Will some one pl let me know the present address of Surya. I am also given to understand that original partners/key persons have left the co. Who are the key persons NOW? What are their contact tel nos or email IDs? Does any one have the list pf persons who have purchased the farm land in Surya Grand and heir address, tel nos or email IDs.

Hey Sundararaj, As far as I know the address of Surya Shine Builders and Developer is as follows: #25, 1st Cross, 17th Main, AICOBOO Nagar, Bank Officer\'s Colony, B.T.M. 1st Stage, Bangalore - 560068.
Dear Bhargav, That WAS the address when they made all the hipe and sold the land to people like me. Are you one of owners in Surya Grand? Can I get your mail/tel no?
