Do check on the property before buying... looks like you will not be able to get a landline connection(Airtel and BSNL are not allowed by Salarpuria) inside greenage. Also, you will have to get only ACT's internet and TV. No other service is allowed by the builder. I found this out after booking so just want to make sure others are better informed.
