Q: Nothing heard from OMAXE after January 04, 2010 on the Progress after making First 2 installments of Payments (No News /updation from OMaxe in last 15 Months)

I am a purchaser of a flat just like u & in fact 11 of my friends booked flat in the project. We have made inquiries from the various authorities, conclusion: Co. is planning to cheat all the flat buyers who had booked flats at the said time @ 2500-3500 psf. The project was launched when FAR increased from 1.5 -2 & this 0.5 FAR was launched & sold as the OGT. Co. bought 59000 sqM FAR. & used 35000 sqm in its existing towers. The plans were however approved on 31.5.2011. Since prices have increased to Rs. 9000 PSQF the Co. is not interested give the flats to us & instead "refund" & then sell the same space at a higher rates to others. we are planning legal action & we have already sent legal notice to the Co. & its directors. If you wish to join us, you are welcome. After all loss is more than Rs 50L per flat & the Co. is not bonafide. if any one wishes to join, please contact Shri Anil Jain, CA, Ph: 9810011697, who is looking after the said investment made by all of us. Q: Hi. Anybody who has a update on Grand Towers project next to Grand Woods please update me here. The builder has done nothing since 2009 and neither are the refunds coming out. Any legal action group here, pls intimate contact details so I can join them.

I heard that the project is about to get completed by this year.
NOT Omaxe Grand Towers. i have received letter from Co. for refund on 10.5.2012
