Any flats available for sale?
Q: Please let me know if any 2bhk flats are available for sale in Man Valley Vista, Nerul and what will be the price of the flat.

Latest Answer: The company is unable to complete a residential project for more than 5 years in Nerul. Though the completion was set to July 2011, it still has not been delivered. The investors are unable to get their investment back with promised interest as written in contract. Now, they are changing registered plans for the flat, and reducing area of flat without consulting owners. Highly unprofessional company unable to deliver on their projects and commitments. Maybe headed for litigation - stay away.
